DELIVERY

At Nix Landscape Supply, we offer delivery on over three (3) cubic yards of our material, or two (2) pallets of grass. Our delivery pricing is based on location and is the lowest around. Call 903-581-9400 for pricing.

Our Delivery Policy

We will do our best to deliver your product to the location you choose on your property.

Wet ground will prohibit some deliveries off the pavement.

Should one of our trucks get stuck delivering to a customer-chosen area, we will hold the customer responsible for towing costs.

Additionally, there will be an added charge of $65/hour while our driver waits for the tow truck to arrive.

Under no circumstances shall Nix Landscape Supply be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of the placement of a delivery order to the homeowner's or buyer's chosen location, whether or not damages were foreseeable unless Nix Landscape Supply was advised of the possibility of such damages. If Purchaser instructs or directs Nix Landscape Supply to deliver and place products in a specific location, Purchaser will be responsible for any and all damages resulting from delivery.
